The usg will provide sufficient supplies, utensils, dishware and consumables to support the msgr food service operations, with sufficient inventory to maintain operation for upto 30 days without restock. The contractor will operate fully furnished msgr kitchens provided by the usg. The contractor will be provided government furnished equipment gfe that is uptodate and fully maintained. The embassy operations maintenance contract i. e. a separate contract is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all msgr kitchens structure, electrical, plumbing, etc. and its installed equipment hoods, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, etc.

This is an online bid for a service contract to collect spent grease from the Louisiana Department of Corrections, LA State Penitentiary. The contract is for an initial period beginning with the date of award and ending June 30, 2026, with the possibility of two additional 12-month renewals. The successful vendor will pay the LSP a percentage of the high market value for all collected spent cooking oil or grease, with a minimum of 40. 5%.
