The contract term is for a one 1 year period beginning october 1, 2026 and extending thru september 30, 2027.

After delivery and acceptance by the pvsc the vendor shall submit a bill for theitems delivered, and the commission at their next scheduled monthly meeting will paythe amount due.

The contract shall remain and continue in full force and effect until after the expiration of the warranty period and the contractor and the sureties are finally released by the pvsc.

The commission's purpose is not to award the contract to any bidder who does not furnish evidence satisfactory to them that he is responsible and that he has sufficient financial resources, ability, experience and plant to enable him to prosecute the work successfully.

If the undersigned shall fail to contract as aforesaid, within ten 10 days not including sunday from the date of the mailing of a notice from the passaic valley sewerage commission to him, according to the address herewith given, that the contract is ready for signature, then the passaic valley sewerage commission may at their option determine that the bidder has abandoned the contract and thereupon the proposal and acceptance shall be null and void.
