The anticipated period of performance is from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. The solicitation is for a spiritual fitness retreat at a hotel resort for active duty personnel and their spouses from September 21st to 23rd, 2025, at Joint Base San Antonio JBSA, Texas. The retreat requires 40 rooms, all-day access to restaurants and entertainment, a conference room for 55 people, catered buffet meals, beverage bundles, and free parking. Quotes must include unit prices, total amounts, estimated taxes, and fees. The vendor must meet all solicitation requirements, and reconditioned or used parts are not acceptable.
