This is a public tender for the reclamation and repaving of several streets in Vineland, MN. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, traffic control, reclaiming, grading, paving, and final landscaping. The project must be completed by October 31, 2026. Bids are due on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026, at 3:00 PM and will be opened on Thursday, June 4th, 2026, at 10:00 AM. A mandatory pre-bid phone call with Brian Scheinost is required to discuss project scheduling and contract documents. Proposals must include a fixed fee, be signed, and be accompanied by a copy of the current MLB vendors license (or application), a certificate of insurance, and an authorized signature sheet. The federal Davis Bacon wage scale applies. A 12% TERO tax will be charged and should be included in the bid. Bonding requirements include a bid bond of 20% of the total bid amount, and performance and payment bonds of 100% each of the contract amount for federally funded or commercial contracts. Bids must be mailed to PO Box 509, Onamia, MN ****, and labeled accordingly. FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, and hand-delivered items will not be accepted at the post office. This is a Request for Information (RFI) for the C-5M Replacement Multi-Functional Controls and Displays (RMCD) Program. The government is seeking market research to identify sources capable of delivering a hardware and software system solution for the C-5M aircraft's multi-function display units. The goal is to address diminishing manufacturing source issues, prevent aircraft grounding, and improve availability. The solution must meet military and aviation standards for airworthiness certification and prioritize the Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA). Sufficient system quantities are required for integration, testing, and installation. A product baseline including documentation for hardware and software is necessary. Software development will follow an agile at scale framework. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, support equipment, tools, and services.
