HHSC is seeking competitive bids for grease trap waste removal, as needed water removal, sludge removal, and repair services at CCCSLC. Services include bimonthly grease trap cleaning and preventive maintenance. Emergency response for water removal must occur within 4 hours. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. Bidders must have 5 years of relevant experience and be registered with TCEQ sludge transporter program. An optional onsite visit is available on September 15, 2026.
