This is a Request for Information (RFI) for engineering subject matter expertise to support the crypto modernization upgrade of the E-767 Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) fleet. The scope of work includes teardown, packaging, relocation, installation, configuration, and process accreditation; system-level integration of radar, sensors, communication, mission computing, and ground segment equipment; management of cyber and physical security; operation and maintenance of the AWACS system and subsystem infrastructure; installation and modification of hardware and software in the AWACS E3 lab; engineering and integration analysis; test and evaluation; cybersecurity and accreditation tasks; documentation; lab scheduling; installation and setup procedures; test and evaluation procedures; and providing subject matter expertise. Responses are due no later than 15 calendar days after publication and must be submitted via email to the contracting officer and contract specialist. The response shall not exceed ten **** inch pages and must include administrative information, qualification information (company name, address, POC, CAGE code, DUNS number, phone, email, business size status, ownership, and security clearance level). This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commit the government to a contract.
