HHSC is seeking competitive bids for lead sample analysis services for environmental lead investigators for the blood lead surveillance brand. Bidders must be a U. S. EPA recognized laboratory accredited through NLLAP. The initial contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. All services must be performed Monday through Friday, 8 a. m. to 5 p. m. CT, with emergency response required within 1 hour. Bidders must submit documentation of experience and qualifications if requested.
