Supply install 75- 100 feet of sch 35 pvc pipe for flow transport, header, and effluent inspection ports. Supply install 225- 250 lineal feet of triple bundle ezflow drain field w inspection ports. Supply install risers at grade level w effluent filter per design permit requirements. Haul away all debris left over from project.
