Responses to this IFB must be received by 07/31/2026, 10:30 AM CT. The anticipated contract start date is 09/01/2026.

Failure to comply with sole point of contact requirements, submitting exceptions to the IFB, not properly and timely notifying of ambiguities, conflicts, or discrepancies, or failing to submit a properly completed HUB Subcontracting Plan can lead to disqualification.

Quarterly sampling results are due to the yard by March 1st, June 1st, September 1st, and December 1st annually. The sampling results must be submitted to the yard no later than fourteen 14 days before the end of the sampling period.

A two-day onsite visit by a qualified field service technician is required for installation and calibration. The contractor shall provide a qualified field service technician to perform a twoday onsite visit to the navair facility.
