Eastern New Mexico University is seeking proposals for the procurement and installation of enterprise-grade Wi-Fi 7 access points and related network infrastructure. The deadline for proposal submission is July 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST. The project includes upgrading wireless infrastructure, providing community Wi-Fi, ensuring network security, and offering training and support. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical specifications, business specifications, and cost. The estimated completion date for installation is June 30, 2027.
The installation, implementation, and functional operation of all requisite equipment and work must be concluded no later than June 30, 2027.
Upon written request from seller for payment, the university shall, within 30 days, issue a written certification of complete or partial acceptance or rejection, with payment to follow within 30 days after certificate of acceptance. Late payment charges shall be one and onehalf percent per month.
The contractor shall include manufacturer warranties and software support subscriptions as applicable. The seller warrants the goods and/or services furnished to be free from defects in seller's design, labor, materials and manufacture.
The contract shall be awarded to the offeror or offerors whose proposals are most advantageous to the agency taking into consideration the evaluation factors set forth in this RFP. The most advantageous proposal may or may not have received the most points.
Offerors must demonstrate company experience, past performance references, and the experience and qualifications of key personnel. Financial stability and performance surety bond are also evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
The procurement code imposes civil, misdemeanor and felony criminal penalties for its violation. New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for bribes, gratuities and kickbacks.
The 15 calendar day protest period shall begin on the day following the award of contracts and will end at 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time/Daylight Time on the 15th day.
Failure to complete and return the signed unaltered Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form or Letter of Transmittal will result in disqualification. Failure to adhere to requirements regarding release of information may result in disqualification.
