Virtual Care Government Bids & RFPs

The bid responses will only be accepted online via ISUBID and must be submitted prior to the deadline of June 12, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT. The ideal implementation timeline is to have the solution fully implemented and active by September 1, 2026.

The evaluation of this RFP may be based upon, but not limited to: ability to meet required specifications, availability of support and training, ease of use, access, total cost for Iowa State University, ability to meet preferred specifications, data analytics offered, quality of references and/or past experience, and exceptions taken to RFP terms and conditions.

Contractors must be qualified and submit all materials carefully, noting the due date. For best success, it is critical that the solution provider has experience with healthcare or veterinary medical environments. Contractors must also submit a completed VPAT, HECVAT or HECVAT Lite, technical documentation, an implementation plan, and terms and conditions in editable Word format.

Questions deadline is May 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT.

Exceptions taken to the RFP documents may cause the proposal to be rejected at the sole discretion of the University. Any terms to which a contractor does not take exception shall be binding, and any subsequent objections to those terms shall have no effect.

The event is intended for potential proposers, commercialization partners, and other stakeholders interested in the IGOR program.

The event will be held virtually and in-person on June 9, 2026, in Arlington, VA.

The deadline for submitting responses to this Sources Sought Notice is June 04, 2026, 5:00 pm PT. The estimated period of performance for the potential contract is 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2027.

The bid notice states that the warranty will include repair and/or replacement for all equipment malfunctions associated with the Varmed system not due to operator error or misuse.

Potential contractors are invited to provide a response including company name, address, point of contact, phone number, email address, capability statement, and UEI. They must also indicate their business size and state if they possess a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS).

The contractor agrees to comply with federal and agency records management policies, including safeguarding records covered by the Privacy Act of **** and unlawful destruction, damage, or alienation of federal records is subject to fines and penalties imposed by 18 ****.
