If contractor fails to comply with contract terms, TMD may withhold payment. If noncompliance results in TMD purchasing services from another entity, those costs will be deducted from the contractor's payment. Deductions can also be made for unacceptable compliance.
The last day to submit written questions for clarification is July 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM CT.
Failure to sign the document, making false statements, submitting late responses, or failing to acknowledge amendments may result in disqualification. Taking exceptions to the solicitation terms may also lead to disqualification.
