The period of performance is from 15 Sep 2026 to 14 Sep 2031.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoices must be submitted electronically.

Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered, specifically lowest price that meets the requirements specifications.

Quoters must meet all solicitation requirements, including terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements. Failure to meet a requirement may result in a quote being determined unacceptable. Quoters must submit copies of licenses as required at paragraph 4. 3 of the PWS; failure to do so may result in the quoter not being deemed responsible.

The estimated total value is USD 9,500,****.

Delivery orders can be issued from 10/01/2026 through 09/30/2031. Deliveries are FOB destination.

The government will select the quote that represents the best benefit to the government at a price that can be determined reasonable. The government will evaluate price and technical capabilities.

Prospective contractors must furnish the information listed herein with their quotations to ensure they receive full consideration. Offerors must be responsible parties with the ability to 100% meet the requirements set forth.

Protests must be served on the contracting officer within one day of filing a protest with the GAO.

In the event of noncompliance with clause ****, the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.

The period of performance (POP) shall be 12 months from receipt of award.

The procurement includes a 1 year warranty.

Contractors must include points of contact, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, identification as a large U. S. business, a small U. S. business, or a foreign business, and identification of any other socioeconomic status. They must also provide their company CAGE code or DUNS number.
