Delivery is guaranteed within days of contract award and not beyond sixty 60 days of contract award.

The town of wells, maine pays its bills in full on or within thirty 30 days following delivery of services and receipt of bills for all items covered by the towns contract.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder considering the quality of the services, supplies, materials or equipment to be supplied, their conformity with specification, the purpose for which it is required, date of delivery and ultimate cost thereof to the town.

In case of default by the bidder, the town of wells reserves the right to procure the services from other sources and charges any excess cost occurred thereby to the bidder.

All OEM parts supplied shall carry the standard manufacturers warranty and/or a warranty for a period of one year. The county will implement both warranties for whichever warranty is greater. all original equipment manufacturer hereinafter referred to as o. e. m. parts supplied for this contract shall carry the standard manufacturers warranty andor a warranty for a period of one 1 year.

Respondents must be responsive and responsible in accordance with the specifications, the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, and all other applicable laws and regulations. Bidders must also submit a copy of an auto body repair license issued by the State of New Jersey, Motor Vehicle Commission. this solicitation shall result in multiple contract awards to those bidder( s) determined to be responsive and responsible in accordance with these specifications

The maintenance facility garage may be subject to inspection by a Mercer County representative. the garage area may be subject to inspection by mercer county representative.
