Orders are considered delinquent after 30 days from the purchase order issue date if no specific lead time is stated. orders will be considered delinquent after 30 days from the issue date of the purchase order.
Payment is made after receipt, inspection, and proper invoicing. A minimum of thirty 30 days may be required for payments.
All equipment and services must carry the manufacturer's or vendor's standard warranty. all equipment and/or services rendered/purchased from this bid shall carry, at a minimum, the manufacturers or vendors standard warranty.
Bidders must be registered with the Florida Department of State and have an active status. all registered bidders must have an active status in order to be eligible to do business with the school board.
Default results in liquidated damages of 25% of unit prices or $50, whichever is larger. an amount equal to 25 of the unit prices bid times the quantity for each item in question, or 50. , whichever amount is larger.
Samples may be requested. the bidder shall provide product samples, without charge, when requested.
Failure to follow instructions or submit required documents can cause rejection. failure by the respondent to follow all instructions and comply with all requirements contained in this solicitation is cause for rejection of a bid submittal.
