15kV Three Source Automatic Transfer System- 26- **** ( 15kV Three Source Automatic Transfer System) The City of Farmington is requesting bids for a 15kV Three- Source Automatic Transfer System ( ATS) with 3- Phase Electronic Recloser using Peer- to- Peer Communicating Electronic Reclosers with SEL Controllers.
15kv threesource automatic transfer system specification Provide three 3 x 3phase electronic reclosers using either single tank or triple single tank, with voltage current sensors, manual trip levers, automatic and manual electrical tripclose operation of the reclosers as well as providing overcurrent protection of the distribution system. Provide three 3 recloser control cabinets with **** relays, managed ethernet switches with small formfactor pluggable sfp ports with inserts as well as rj45 to communicate between controllers and relays and to feus scada. The electronic reclosers will be mounted to feus wooden, concrete or steel poles along the distribution line. The microprocessorbased controller units capable of performing protection, automation and communication shall be mounted at ground level in a cabinet that is connected to the reclosers by a 50footer each of control, voltage current sensing and power supply cables.
