The city is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a permitted facility within or proximate to the geographic boundaries of the city to receive, process, and dispose municipal solid waste (MSW) from the city sanitation district.
The bidder shall pay the city four hundred dollars **** for each day that expires after the time specified in this section for substantial completion, until the project is determined in good faith to be substantially complete by the city.
