The Army's Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, and Network (PEO C3N) and Command and Control Cross-Functional Team (C2-CFT) will host a technical exchange meeting (TEM 14) on May 30, 2025, at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, and virtually. Registration is required by May 23, 2025. In-person seating is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of two representatives per company. Attendees without a DoD identification card will need a visitor's pass. An agenda is attached. A classified session (CUI) on next-generation command and control (NGC2) architecture is included. Vendors with a valid JCP number are permitted to attend. A recording of the CUI session will be available after the event via the Joint Communications Marketplace (JCM). Registration for JCM access is required separately. No refreshments will be offered at the TEM. Several food trucks will be available in the courtyard.

This notice is a pre-solicitation announcement for a training systems contract (TSC IV) to upgrade, modify, design, fabricate, install, and test a flight training device. A pre-proposal briefing is scheduled for May 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST via Teams. This is a call for white papers (CFPW) for communications security equipment and components update. The call is open for five years, until March 23, 2030. Submissions are accepted through the Joint Communication Marketplace. The process is a hybrid, open, two-phased review. Phase I is an open call for white papers addressing four focus areas. Phase II is for selected offerors to submit proposals. The government reserves the right to not evaluate white papers submitted for topics other than those identified. Proposals that are selected for award are considered to be the result of full and open competition. Submissions, technical questions, or clarifications should be submitted via the JCM site. Contractual questions should be directed to the cognizant ACC representative identified in SAM.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is seeking a contractor to administer and insure its supplemental dental insurance plan for approximately 700 employees located in Washington, DC, New York, NY, Chicago, IL, and Kansas City, MO. The contract will have a one-year period of performance, with up to four one-year option periods, beginning in January 2026.
