Payment will be made in accordance with the pricing provided on exhibit C pricing sheet. Invoices must be submitted monthly or as otherwise indicated on the purchase order.
The award will be made to the bidder whose response offers the best value to the state based on all factors considered, including price, meeting or exceeding requirements, and ability to meet performance delivery requirements.
The bidder shall have a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Personnel assigned must have at least two years of relevant experience and be at least 18 years of age. Three verifiable references are required.
Failure to timely correct a deficiency may result in delayed payment or nonpayment. Noncompliance with intoxicant/drug policy may result in contract termination.
A mandatory onsite visit will be conducted on May 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT at **** 19th Street NW, Paris, Texas **** is mandatory for bid consideration.
The contractor shall provide samples of laminate for countertops, cabinets, cabinet hardware, sink, and touchless paper towel dispenser for agency approval. Three paint samples for walls and door trim are also required.
Failure to attend the mandatory site visit, not being listed on the attendance log, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in the response, or failing to comply with communication restrictions may result in disqualification.
