Payment will be made based on a percentage or stage of completion. The contractor may invoice each contract line item (CLIN) as work progresses. A minimum of 25% completion is required before invoicing for each CLIN, though this may be waived by the contracting officer. 10% of the total contract price will be withheld until all deliverables are received and accepted.
Defective or deficient work or materials must be corrected within 60 days from the date of redelivery. The government is entitled to rely upon any longer guarantee provided by the contractor or subcontractor. An additional 60-day guarantee period will apply to corrected defects.

Protests must be filed within the period specified in FAR ****(e). Clarifications shall be answered via amendment and received no later than June 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
Quotes that do not include all required documents may be considered incomplete and may not be considered. Failure to request drawings by the deadline may result in the proposal not being accepted.
