The Navajo Nation Department of Child Care and Development (DCCD) is seeking proposals for weed control services at 19 child care centers. Proposals are due May 30, 2025, by 5:00 PM MDT. Vendors must be licensed, bonded, and have general liability insurance. A written work plan schedule is required, along with MSDS for chemicals used. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all damage to DCCD property and compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The contract period begins on the award date and extends through December 31, 2025, with possible renewal for three one-year terms. The bid must include safety data sheets and NSFA/ANSI standard 60 certification for drinking water treatment chemicals. Delivery is FOB destination to specified delivery addresses. The Office of State Procurement has suspended in-person vendor attendance at public bid openings. Bidders must be registered in the LAgov vendor system. A W9 is required for newly registered vendors. Bidders must be licensed by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission and include a copy of a valid dealer's license. Failure to do so will result in bid rejection. Delivery will be made within a specified number of days after receipt of order. Bidders must submit completed attachments A and B with their bid response, including descriptive literature.
