The government's required delivery date is 31 December 2026.

The government's preferred method of payment is via credit card, if no surcharge is applicable. Otherwise, electronic payment through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) may be used. Please confirm if government purchase card is an acceptable form of payment within the quotation and include any applicable surcharge.

The government intends to award a single FFP purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror whose offer represents the lowest price technically acceptable.

In order to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must quote the required items in the required quantities and shall meet or exceed the governments required minimum specifications. The offeror must be located in the United States. The offeror shall submit documentation with their quote supporting ISO 9001:2015 certification or higher. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. The CMMC level required by this RFQ is CMMC Level 2 C3PAO.

The fabrication and final delivery of fabricated signs is estimated to take 12 weeks. The proposed dates will be decided at the initial conference call.

Payment will be made via a single invoice based on completion and acceptance of the work, submitted electronically through the U. S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

The contractor shall provide fabrication shop drawings for review and approval by the COR, in accordance with fabrication specifications and design intent drawings. All materials shall be new and of first quality, meeting or exceeding specified standards. Fit and finish of all signs shall meet or exceed industry standards for architectural grade sign fabrication.

Fabrication shall not begin until all samples have been approved by the COR.

The bid notice states that the part must be acquired from repaired by a source specified on a source control or selected item drawings as defined by the current version of DOD STD 100. Suitable technical data, government data rights, or manufacturing repair knowledge are not available to permit acquisition from repair by other sources, nor qualify testing of another part, nor use of a second source part in the intended application.

The bid notice states that all proposals received within 45 days 30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement BOA after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government.

The solicitation anticipated close date will be June 12, 2026.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

The offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc. , of the exact product cited in the aid, iaw **** contract drawings and specifications.
