Pierce County Schools is soliciting proposals for the installation and configuration of surveillance cameras at PCHS and PES. A mandatory bid meeting will be held on June 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Patterson Elementary School. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked Surveillance Camera Project no later than 3:45 PM on July 9, 2025. The project completion deadline is October 31, 2025. Vendors must provide three references, preferably from Georgia school districts. Line item pricing must be included in the proposal. The bid award process will consider cost of services (50%), technical components compatibility (45%), and Georgia K12 references (5%). The lowest priced vendor meeting specifications will receive 50 points for cost of services. Other vendors will receive points based on their proximity to the lowest price. The judges will weigh all factors other than cost of services on a five-point scale. Pierce County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Each barn is to have a conventional steel frame, with Pre- Engineered Metal Building components for the reminder of the structure, purlins, metal wall panels, metal roof panels and any miscellaneous framing required to support the roof or wall panels is to be by the Pre- Engineered Metal Building provider. These include but are not limited to: Roof purlins, base or top angles, wall girts and struts. There will be several rooms constructed at each end of each barn and will be constructed of CMU or concrete with a concrete cap over a portion of the spaces.
