Delivery schedule is 208 days ARO (After Receipt of Order).

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.

All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.

Final delivery of material will be on or before 365 days after the effective date of the resulting contract. Certification data (CDRLs) must be submitted 20 days prior to scheduled delivery, with PNSY review and acceptance of certification CDRLs within 6 working days after receipt.

A one-year warranty from the date of delivery is required for supplies of a noncomplex nature.

The material requires Level I Joint Source Certification. First Article Testing (FAT) is required, which can be satisfied by submitting an approval letter of previously performed qualification testing, a letter from previously qualified manufacturers, or proof from distributors that the material was obtained from a qualified source.

The contractor is required to provide one additional fastener for each uniquely identified heat lot of material in each shipment. Complete traceability must be maintained on this extra fastener.

The use of incorrect or defective material would create a high probability of failure resulting in serious personnel injury, loss of life, loss of vital shipboard systems, or loss of the ship itself.
