Payment will be made in 30-day increments based on periodic estimates, provided all payrolls and material bills are paid. The contractor guarantees all work for one year from the date of written acceptance, covering defects in materials, labor, and workmanship. Quotes will be reviewed and awarded on a best value basis per the solicitation. The evaluation criteria for the quotes will be who meets all the technical requirements, who meets our deadlines and price.

Costs incurred for delays at the gate due to the contractors failure to comply with this requirement or to provide qualified, authorized personnel will not be reimbursed by the government.
