Sealed proposals for
cafeteria equipment are requested. Proposals are due April 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The contract will be binding and enforceable. Payment terms include a Visa virtual credit card program. Bidders must comply with Alabama immigration law, additional orders, addenda, applicable law, assurance of non-conviction of bribery, award consideration, bid and performance security, brand names, conflict of interest, delivery of bids, errors in bids, federal monies expenditure, hazardous and toxic substances, invoicing, delivery, packaging, inspection of premises, insurance, invitation to bid, immigration, nondiscrimination, open trade provision, product testing, patents, protests, preparation of bid, pricing, purchases, questions contact, rejection of bids, samples, tabulation, termination based on lack of funding, termination for the convenience of the board, termination for default, warranty, vendor list. Additional documents are required, and bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers. Service requirements include in-house service or factory authorized service, maximum response time to calls for service is 24 hours, and all personnel entering schools must be in company uniform and have picture ID badges. Background checks are required for all personnel entering the schools. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90 days. Payment terms are detailed, including payment deadlines and methods.
