Work performed shall be guaranteed against defects in workmanship for one year after completion. Materials shall be warranted against defects for at least one year.

The bidder shall have a minimum of five years of relevant experience, and personnel must have at least three years of relevant experience and maintain current licenses.

Failure to comply with communication restrictions, not submitting a properly completed HUB subcontracting plan, or not marking the original proposal correctly may result in disqualification.

The historical spend for the same or similar services is $325,**** for the period 2/23/2023 to 8/31/2026.

Delivery of any parts, performance, and acceptance are to be F. O. B. destination at Rocky Mountain Regional VAMC.

The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors.

Offerors must demonstrate technical capability or quality to meet the government requirement, including a parts list confirming compatibility with the current boiler system.

Offerors are warned against contacting any VA personnel other than the contracting officer and contract specialist prior to award. If such contact is prejudicial to competing contractors, the offeror may be excluded from award considerations.

The contract includes a 3-year warranty for the State AO Smith 119-gallon gas water heater BTH 500A 300. with a 3year warranty.

Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the items identified to be eligible for participation with this acquisition.
