The quotation due date is July 6, 2026. Late submissions will only be considered if determined to be in BNL's best interest.

Unless otherwise provided, terms of payment shall be net 30 days from submission of the contractor's proper invoice unless BNL does not approve such invoice.

Contractor warrants that the items under this agreement shall be in accordance with contractor's affirmation, description, sample, or model and compliant with all requirements of this agreement. The warranty shall begin upon acceptance and extend for a period of the manufacturer's warranty period or six months, whichever is longer, if the contractor is not the manufacturer and has not modified the item or, one year or the manufacturer's warranty period, whichever is longer, if the contractor is the manufacturer of that item or has modified it.

Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) intends to award to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quotation represents the lowest total evaluated price and meets all technical requirements specified herein.

The award criterion is Lowest Price. general percentage discount bid from catalog- price list and/or retail store shelf pricing

The response deadline for proposals is June 30, 2030, at 12:00 AM CT.

All proposers must agree to fully warrant and guarantee all information in its response.

Awards will be based on the respondents submittal meeting the requirements established herein. It is not the policy of the district to purchase on the basis of low bids alone. In evaluating bids submitted and per the Texas Education Code ****, the following considerations shall be taken into account to determine the best value for the district: The purchase price, the reputation of the vendor and of the vendors goods or services, the quality of the vendors goods or services, the extent to which the goods or services meet the districts needs, the vendors past relationship with the district, the impact on the ability of the district to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, the total longterm cost to the district to acquire the vendors goods or services and any other relevant factor specifically listed in the request for bids and proposals. The contract will be awarded in the best interest of Sherman Independent School District.

This bid seeks qualified vendors offering discounts off of catalog/website prices, and published prices, or fair market value.

Any attempt by vendors during the proposal process to contact SISD personnel may result in disqualification.
