The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9. 1 whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price and delivery.

The anticipated period of performance is June 1, 2026, to May 17, 2027, with two six-month option periods.

Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Specific payment request and receiving report procedures are detailed in the DFARS clauses.

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Technical capability, delivery, and price will be evaluated. Award will be made for the technically acceptable item or combination of technically acceptable items that result in the lowest aggregate price to the government.

Offerors must be technically acceptable, meaning their quote meets all requirements and demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of the specifications. The contractor must certify that their product meets each capability listed in the solicitation.

Quotations that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration. Failure to meet any technical requirement for an item or specification will make the quotation unacceptable for that item or specification.
