The bid notice mentions that in the event the selected organization fails to perform any of its duties or obligations as provided by the contract which will include the rfp and the respondents response to the rfp, the am system without limiting any other rights or remedies it may have by law, equity or under contract, shall have the right to terminate the contract immediately.
