The RFQ package is due by 3:00 p. m. on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025.

Finalists for contract consideration will be selected based on qualifications and demonstrated competence as evidenced by the information presented in the qualifications submittal. Evaluation of qualifications may include the proposer's understanding of the educational environment, previous experience on similar projects, past performance, experience and qualifications of assigned personnel, methodology, and ability to communicate.

Submittals shall contain all elements outlined in the RFQ, including a letter of interest, firm's legal name, address, phone number, email address, website URL, professional license number, contact information, brief history of the business, project experience, client references, staff resumes, litigation history, disclosure of conflicts of interest, project completions, and a declaration under penalty of perjury. Firms must also hold a current license in good standing with the appropriate North Carolina governing agency and comply with specific legal requirements.
