The vendor shall have the solution operational in the morning of 5 May 2026, and the solution will remain operational until close of business (COB) 5 May 2026, with an option to extend if operations experience delays. The vendor is responsible for removing all equipment after the period of operation has expired. The vendor shall deliver all equipment between **** AM PST on 5 May 2026 to TP01.

The government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, represents the best value to the government. The government will determine best value, based on an evaluation of price and other factors.

The vendor will provide one crane operator and rigger. The operator must hold valid certifications to operate the crane provided, and a copy of the certifications shall accompany the bid. Vendor shall have knowledge on crane operations and rigging for explosive payloads and should have knowledge and ability to comply with federal, state, air force, local, and county laws and regulations governing the work requested.
