The contractor shall provide comprehensive paper shredding and records management services, including pickup, storage, retrieval, re-filing, destruction, and shipping of records to federal records centers. A climate-controlled, secured storage facility is required for media records and classified documents, meeting regulatory requirements. Approximately 1,500 units of paper and non-paper media and 800 computer hard drives are to be destroyed annually. An additional one-time annual bulk purge of approximately 20 pallets may be required. The service agreement must comply with Army regulatory requirements (AR ****) and Air Force regulatory requirements (AFI ****), as well as National Archives and Records Administration standards.
