Construction of Haddock Road Water and Sewer Facilities Expansion. Proposals are due June 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The project includes a sewer pump station, sewer force main, water main, gravity sewer, manholes, jack and bore crossings, and erosion control. A unit price construction contract is anticipated. Bid security (5% of bid amount) and performance/payment bonds (100% of contract price) are required. Qualifications include a Georgia Utility Contractor License and experience with similar projects.
