Work completion is due within sixty (60) calendar days from the notice to proceed date.

Payment terms are net thirty (30) days upon receipt of a correct invoice.

Contractor shall warrant all work for a period of one year from the date of final payment and shall correct any defects in workmanship within this period at no cost.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in the IFB.

Bidders must be properly licensed to do business in South Carolina and must provide a photocopy of their general contractors license.

The provider shall be penalized $200 per calendar day for delays in completion of the work.

Any actual or prospective responder who is aggrieved may protest to the County Administrator in writing within fourteen (14) days after such aggrieved person knows or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto.

The period of performance is base 3 option years. The base year is from 08 Jul 2026 to 07 Jul 2027, with option years following annually until 07 Jul 2030. The solicitation issue date is 06 May 2026, and the offer due date is 13 May 2026.

Payment will be made by code. Invoices are to be submitted to the address shown in block 18a unless block below is checked. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

The contractor shall maintenance the laboratory analyzer within the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, in like new or better condition. Only authorized technicians may carry out repairs.

The bid notice does not require sample submission.

The work detailed in this Statement of Work is expected to be completed within 10 working days from the project start date, with a completion date of July 31, 2026.

The contractor shall provide a minimum one (1) year workmanship warranty covering the stability of the system balance, commencing upon the date of final project acceptance.
