Equipment shall be delivered within 24 hours of request. deliveries i. e. contractor arrival at hospital shall be made within 24 hours of request.

Invoices submitted monthly in arrears. invoices shall be submitted in arrears: . . . x monthly. Payment per Prompt Payment Act.

The contractor warrants items are merchantable and fit for use. the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

Contractor must be OEM or authorized by OEM. the contractor shall be an original equipment manufacturer oem or authorized by the oem to provide rentals and perform the required maintenance services.

Failure to submit insurance documentation is grounds for termination. failure to submit documentation regarding the above insurance requirement shall be grounds to terminate the contract for default.

Failure to comply with contract terms may result in termination for cause. the government may terminate this contract, or any part hereof, for cause in the event of any default by the contractor.

The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, as stated: to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Delivery times are Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM to 2:00 PM, as stated: delivery times: monday friday 7:45 am 2:00 pm.

Proposals must be received by the opening time. The official time is the time clock in the judicial purchasing office. proposals misdirected to other judiciary locations or which are otherwise not received by the judicial purchasing office by the time of opening, for any cause, will be deemed late and will not be considered.

Payment is generally not due until 30 working days after completion, acceptance, or proper invoice. payment shall not be due prior to thirty 30 working days following the latest of completion, acceptance, or the rendering of a properly submitted invoice.

Proposals are evaluated on relative merits and price, with specific criteria: hourly rate (40%), qualifications/design style (30%), and demonstrated ability to complete work within timelines (30%). responses will be evaluated on the basis of the relative merits of the proposal, in addition to price.

Vendors must provide at least two digital design samples, a company overview, and at least four references. the interested bidder must provide at least two 2 digital file examples of relevant design projects completed for other clients.

Damages may be assessed for nonperformance. the judicial purchasing agent may assess dollar damages against a vendor or contractor determined to be nonperforming or otherwise in default of their contractual obligations equal to the cost of remedy incurred by the judiciary.

At least two digital design samples are required for bid consideration. each interested vendor must supply at least two2 relevant digital design samples to the judicial purchasing office no later than january february 6, 2025, to have their bids considered.

Objections to specifications must be filed in writing at least 96 hours before bid opening. any objections to specifications must be filed by a bidder, in writing, with the judicial purchasing agent at least ninetysix 96 hours before the time of bid opening.

Failure to provide required samples, incomplete submissions, or nonresponsive proposals can lead to rejection. failure to provide the required examples will result in automatic rejection of the bid.
