Offerors must complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30. Offer due date is 01 Aug 2025, 11:00 am local time. Questions regarding the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and statement of work must be submitted by email to the contracting official one day prior to the solicitation's closing date. Delivery is FOB origin. The government will arrange for transportation and pay all associated transportation costs. Contractors must complete the Naval Supply Systems Command automated ready-to-ship (RTS) web form. Shipping labels will be provided by the government. Use of government-provided shipping labels is mandatory. Incomplete or missing information will significantly delay the process of arranging transportation. Commercial packing must be in accordance with ASTM D3951. Prohibited packing materials include asbestos, excelsior, loose fill polystyrene, newspaper, and shredded paper. Non-manufactured wood packing must be heat treated. Inspection and acceptance of supplies or services will be made at destination. The procedures set forth in FAR **** will be followed for submission and handling of agency protests. Offerors must note all exceptions from the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and statement of work. Submission of invoices will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Offerors must have a designated electronic business point of contact in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be registered to use WAWF. The government anticipates awarding a firm, fixed price contract. The government reserves the right to make a single award to the quoter whose quote is considered in the best interest of the government. All quoters must note all exceptions from the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, and/or the statement of work. The deadline for submission of questions regarding the solicitations terms, conditions, specifications, and/or the statement of work is 1 day prior to the solicitations closing date. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses using NAICS code ****, with a small business standard of $45,000,000. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contracting specialist, no later than noon July 29, 2025. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer all questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted.
