Payment by check or wire transfer within a reasonable period after receipt of acceptable invoice or acceptance of goods. northern water shall pay the seller of the goods by check or wire transfer at northern waters option, within a reasonable period of time after the date of receipt of an acceptable invoice.

Seller must replace, repair, or make good defects within one year after acceptance. replace, repair, or make good, without cost to northern water, any defects or faults in the goods arising or becoming apparent within one (1) year.

Award to the responsive bidder with the lowest total cost. award this contract to the responsive bidder whose base price bid represents the lowest total cost to northern water.

Bidder must complete and submit Attachments A, B, and C, and any addendum. the following documents must be completed and submitted with your quote on or before the due date.

Various warranties are included with items, such as 1 year parts and labor warranty for the steamer, 2 year parts, 2 year labor and 1 additional year door warranty parts only for the oven, and 7 year compressor, parts and labor warranty for the refrigerator.

The county remits vendor payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT) program known as vendor direct. any successful bidder that will not accept payment in that method will be considered nonresponsive to our solicitation and their bid may be rejected.

All items delivered must be guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship. deliveries of incorrect or faulty items will be rejected and returned to sender at vendors expense.

Failure to deliver within the specified time may cause cancellation of the order and removal from bidders list. any additional costs incurred by the county may be charged to original vendor.

Bids may be rejected for non-acceptance of EFT payment. any successful bidder that will not accept payment in that method will be considered nonresponsive to our solicitation and their bid may be rejected.
