Raytown Quality Schools is seeking proposals for approximately 1,500 wearable emergency panic button devices and an integrated emergency notification platform. The purpose is to enhance emergency response capabilities by providing employees with devices that can immediately initiate emergency notifications. The district seeks a turnkey solution including devices, software, implementation, training, support, and maintenance, compliant with Alyssa's Law. Proposals are due by June 30, 2026. Pricing must remain firm through April 30, 2027. Vendors must provide references and meet minimum qualifications. Evaluation criteria include functional requirements, technical solution, vendor experience, implementation plan, support/training, and cost.

Each company must meet minimum qualifications, including conforming to the request, assigning a project manager, ensuring delivered products match specifications, and providing seven references (two financial and five project references within the last two years, three from school districts).
