The City of San Fernando is seeking RFQs from qualified law firms to provide specialized legal counsel in public safety labor relations for a 3-year term with a 2-year extension option. Firms must have a minimum of 10 years of California public sector labor and employment law experience. Proposals are due by July 17, 2026. Services include advising on employment matters, collective bargaining, litigation, investigations, training, and compliance. Firms will be placed on a list of qualified consultants for up to 5 years.
