The Navajo Nation Department of Child Care and Development (DCCD) is seeking proposals for weed control services at 19 child care centers. Proposals are due May 30, 2025, by 5:00 PM MDT. Vendors must be licensed, bonded, and have general liability insurance. A written work plan schedule is required, along with MSDS for chemicals used. The awarded contractor will be responsible for all damage to DCCD property and compliance with all applicable codes and standards. The contract term is approximately four years with an option for a negotiable contract or a purchase order. The total cost of the project will be financed with ACFHHS DCCD grant funds.

The bid must include a valid dealer's license issued by the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission. The Office of State Procurement has suspended in-person attendance at public bid openings.
