The Glendower Group, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) for the Clock Factory Redevelopment project in New Haven, CT. The project involves the adaptive reuse and historic rehabilitation of a significant industrial property into approximately 130 mixed-income residential units. Key services include preconstruction and construction phase management, cost estimating, scheduling, quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance (including Davis-Bacon, Section 3, and BABA).
