The tender is for a three-year emergency contract for infant feeding supplies and formula in Jefferson Parish. Bidders must comply with all provisions in the technical specifications and Jefferson Parish instructions for bidders and general terms and conditions. Insurance certificates evidencing the insurance coverages of the subject bid must be provided within ten (10) days of bid opening. The federal government is not a party to this contract and is not subject to any obligations or liabilities to the nonfederal entity, contractor, or any other party pertaining to any matter resulting from the contract.
