The contractor is required to provide inspection, maintenance, testing, and repair services for diesel and unleaded underground storage tanks (USTs) and above ground storage tanks (ASTs) at Edward Hines, Jr. VA Hospital. Services include monthly, annual, and triennial inspections, as well as preventative maintenance like fuel tank polishing. Site visits are strongly suggested and expected, scheduled for Monday, August 10th at 9:30 am local time. All work must comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, including 40 CFR Part 280 and OSFM Illinois Class ABC certification. Invoices must be submitted electronically to the VA Financial Services Center (VAFSC).
