The entire work must be completed and ready for use no later than 60 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance. This includes final cleanup of the premises.

Contractor to provide an unconditional guarantee against defect of all workmanship, all equipment, and material for a period of one year from date of acceptance by the county.

The county expectation is that the vendor will hold appropriate licenses/certifications for trade. The awarded contractor to provide a timeline from awarding of the bid to completion of installation of the building.

The contractor will forfeit a penalty to the contracting public body of $100 per day or portion of a day for each worker that is paid less than the prevailing rate.
