The county requires the bidder to deliver within a reasonable time after ARO (After Receipt of Order). If the bidder does not insert a stated delivery time, they will be deemed to offer delivery in 30 calendar days ARO.

The anticipated completion of this project is 6 months or 180 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed.

The contractor shall provide a certificate of warranty for material supplied and workmanship for a minimum of one year from the date of acceptance.
