The Town of Trumbull, Connecticut, is seeking proposals for town-wide tree pruning, removal, and emergency clearing services. The engagement period is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. Detailed specifications are attached. The lots include environmental services, industrial cleaning, cleaning equipment, building maintenance, construction machinery, industrial manufacturing, and production services.

The tender seeks janitorial and custodian services for the Red Bluff branch office of the Department of Rehabilitation. The contractor must be within 35 miles of the office. Services include daily and weekly cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, offices, and corridors, as well as monthly and semi-annual tasks. Custodian supplies, including recycled paper products, are required. The contractor is responsible for replacing inoperative light bulbs and installing air fresheners. The state may call the contractor for emergency services within four hours at no additional cost. Services must be provided Monday through Friday, between 5:00 PM and 6:00 AM, excluding holidays. The contractor must make arrangements with the office building manager and local traffic authorities for use of elevators, loading docks, adjacent streets, sidewalks, and/or malls. Any damages to state property must be repaired by the contractor. A certification regarding the percentage of recycled materials used is required.

The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa (HACC) is soliciting proposals for plumbing maintenance and repair services. Bidders must register on the e-procurement system (ha. internationaleprocurement. com) to access the RFP and submit pricing. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Monday, June 30, 2025. The RFP includes detailed requirements, including proposal format (Tabbed Proposal Submittal), pricing submission requirements, evaluation factors (cost, technical approach, capabilities, experience, quality), licensing and insurance requirements, and contract conditions. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 9:00 AM PST at various locations. Proposals are due Tuesday, June 17, 2025, before 4:00 PM, at the Fannin County Purchasing Agent's Office. A two-step process will be used for selection: a qualifications package followed by interviews. Proposals must include this RFP and all additional documents. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Additional information requests must be submitted in writing. Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened and considered void. Interlineations, alterations, or erasures must be initialed. Proposals cannot be withdrawn for 90 days after the submission deadline. Proposals will be opened at 4:15 PM on June 17, 2025. The contract will be for a 12-month period beginning July 1, 2025, and may be extended for up to two additional one-year periods. The county is exempt from sales tax. A pre-bid conference will be held on June 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the courthouse. Detailed cleaning specifications and facility listings are included in the RFP. A bid bond or cashier's check for 5% of the total bid amount is required. A performance and/or payment bond for the full amount of the award is required upon contract award. Insurance requirements, including comprehensive general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation, are outlined. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
