Lowest price technically acceptable. award will be made to the responsible small business whose quote is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price

Contractor must have at least 5 continuous years of experience in UPS maintenance in healthcare facilities, possess equipment certificates, and have OSHA/NFPA 70E safety training. technical training, track records of working experience in maintenance, inspection, testing of ups and its components in healthcare, industrial, educational and commercial facilities for a minimum of five (5) continuous years

Government may terminate for cause in event of default. the government may terminate this contract, or any part hereof, for cause in the event of any default by the contractor
