The Pueblo West Metropolitan District is seeking competitive bids for looping a water main from Buckboard to Wild Bill Hickock Dr. The scope includes installing approximately 1,955 LF of 8-inch PVCC900 and 120 LF of 6-inch PVC C900 water line, along with various connections and site restoration. The contract time is 90 calendar days. A nonmandatory prebid meeting is scheduled for September 8, 2026. Electronic bids are due by 2:00 p. m. MT on September 28, 2026. A 5% bid bond is required. The award will go to the lowest conforming, reliable, and responsible bidder.
