Contractor employees shall have 1st class or 2nd class electrician licenses from the appropriate prefectural or metropolitan government or 1st grade or advanced grade certified skilled worker of machine maintenance.

Failure to comply with requirements for emergency mass notification system may result in withholding of final payment.

The proposed delivery schedule includes submission of all certification data (CDRLs) 20 days prior to delivery, with final material delivery within 210 days.

Payment instructions are provided via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) with invoice and receiving report combo.

A one-year (365 days) warranty is required after the last delivery under the contract for supplies of a noncomplex nature.

The contractor must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO **** or an acceptable alternate. Welding and brazing personnel and procedures must be qualified. Procedures and qualification data must be submitted for review and approval prior to performing any welding or brazing.

Material sampling is required for form, fit, and function inspection. Lot acceptance is based on zero defects and lot rejection on one defect, with sample sizes determined by applicable military specifications or standards, or ANSI ASQ Z1. 4.

Use of incorrect or defective material could create a high probability of failure resulting in serious personnel injury, loss of life, loss of vital shipboard systems, or loss of the ship itself. Mercury contamination of the material will be cause for rejection.
