The City of Rochester Hills is seeking proposals for streambank stabilization and aquatic habitat restoration services on an as-needed basis for a 3-year term with a 2-year renewal option. Proposals are due July 15, 2026. Services will be provided through a design-build method for localized, minor to moderate erosion and habitat degradation projects. Evaluation criteria include qualifications, experience, capacity, methodology, philosophy, and price. Electronic submission is required. The contract term is estimated to begin October 1, 2026.

The city reserves the right to terminate the contract without penalty upon 30 days written notice due to poor performance or for reasons deemed to be in its best interest.
