This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. The solicitation is a total small business set aside. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this RFQ using FAR part 12 and FAR part 13. The NAICS code is ****, with a small business standard of 1,100 employees. The government intends to award a firm fixed-price commercial award. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from FAR ****, DFARS, and DAFFARS. The 90th Operations Group requires new custom tables, including removal and disposal of existing tables. The work must be completed within 120 days after award. A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at **** Mountain Daylight Time. Interested parties must provide notice of interest by email by Monday, April 28, 2025, at **** Mountain Daylight Time. Questions must be received no later than Monday, May 5, 2025, at **** Mountain Daylight Time. Quotes must be received no later than Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at **** Mountain Daylight Time. Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time of submission. Quotes that do not include all requested information in FAR **** will be considered nonresponsive. The evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Unbalanced pricing may be rejected. Additional information: Amendment 4 updates Attachment 3 (response
form), Attachment 1 (performance work statement), and evaluation criteria. The missile inlay is not optional and will be included in the contract. Pricing must include all work to be performed. The clin structure is updated. Attachment 8 (questions and answers) and Attachment 9 (photos of current tables) are added. The resulting table surface must remain flat and smooth. The finish shall be natural colored. A missile sample is provided in Attachment 7. The front of the missile shall face towards the stage. Multiple tables may be used to reach the specified dimensions. Offerors must provide a completed copy of Attachment 3, firm fixed pricing, discount terms (if applicable), quote number (if applicable), and quote valid until date. A separate technical approach document is required, including stain options, material specifications, missile inlay design, modesty panel dimensions, table depth, bottom of table height, and maximum table weight capacity. Offerors must provide two
woodwork projects completed within the last two years. Customer contract information, summary of work, and completion date are required.
