This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for pipette calibration, service, and repair in a Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) environment. The acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The services must be performed onsite at the CDC's Roybal campus, with four (4) onsite visits per year. Calibrations must be compliant with ISO **** and meet at least one of the following standards: ANSI/NCSL **** or ISO **** certificate of calibration must be issued for each calibration. Basic servicing and onsite repairs should be performed during the visits. Additional repairs that cannot be done onsite will be performed offsite. The period of performance is from June 25, 2026, to June 24, 2031. All quotations must be submitted electronically by May 27, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST to ***@***. *. * evaluation criteria include technical capability, management and staffing, and past performance, with nonprice factors being more important than price.
All responses must be received no later than 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 27, 2026.
The government will make payment in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act (31 ****) and prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR part ****.
The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.
The government will award a contract to the offeror whose offer represents the best value, considering price and nonprice factors. Nonprice factors are more important than price; however, as proposals become more equal, price becomes more important.
Minimum vendor qualifications include ISO **** certification by an ANSI or ILAC member organization (e. g. , ANAB certification) and must also meet at least one of the following standards: ANSI/NCSL **** or ISO ****.
In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with the clause addressing racially discriminatory DEI activities, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.
The scope of work includes four (4) onsite visits per year, traditionally in January, February, July, and August.
