Calibration Government Bids & RFPs

The period of performance is 120 days from the date of award to include delivery, as stated in the bid notice.

The bid notice states that all invoices must be submitted through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), as detailed in DFARS clause **** Wide Area Workflow payment instructions.

The bid notice specifies that the warranty period will cover parts, labor, and travel for two years.

The delivery period for the contract is 60 calendar days from the date of award, with deliveries to be made to NSW C Crane.

Payment will be made by the government, and electronic submission of payment requests and receiving reports is required via the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.

Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The procurement is set aside for small businesses.

All responses must be received no later than 11:59 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST) on May 27, 2026.

The government will make payment in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act (31 ****) and prompt payment regulations at 5 CFR part ****.

The contractor warrants and implies that the items delivered under this contract are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in this contract.

The government will award a contract to the offeror whose offer represents the best value, considering price and nonprice factors. Nonprice factors are more important than price; however, as proposals become more equal, price becomes more important.

Minimum vendor qualifications include ISO **** certification by an ANSI or ILAC member organization (e. g. , ANAB certification) and must also meet at least one of the following standards: ANSI/NCSL **** or ISO ****.

In the event of the contractor's or a subcontractor's noncompliance with the clause addressing racially discriminatory DEI activities, this contract may be canceled, terminated, or suspended in whole or in part, and the contractor or subcontractor may be declared ineligible for further government contracts.

The scope of work includes four (4) onsite visits per year, traditionally in January, February, July, and August.
