Procurement of bituminous concrete, pavement milling, fabric, and crack sealing contractor services. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on July 16, 2024. The contract term is one year, with potential for four one-year extensions. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Failure of the contractor to complete the work may result in the town using its own forces or another contractor and recovering excess completion and administrative costs.
