The bid notice states that small businesses must have performed projects of similar scope involving 48 or larger jack and bore construction under active travel ways interstates, state highways, runways, taxiways, aprons equal to or greater than 300 lf continuous in the past five calendar years in which you self performed at least 20 of direct contract labor.
